About CueWorld — Australia's Home of Premium Pool

20 May 2026

CueWorld Pty Ltd is Australia's go-to for American Pool supplies — premium cues, tournament-grade tables, and the full range of accessories for the 2 ¼-inch ball game. As the only authorised Predator dealer in Australia and exclusive distributor of Diamond Billiard Tables, we stock the brands that competitive and recreational players across the country trust, with full local warranty and Australia-wide shipping.

Australia's only authorised Predator dealer

CueWorld is the only authorised Predator Cues dealer in Australia. Every Predator product we sell is sourced direct from the manufacturer, carries the full Predator warranty, and is backed by our after-sales support. If a Predator cue, shaft, case or accessory is sold outside our network, it isn't from an authorised channel.

Exclusive Australian distributor for Diamond Billiard Tables

We are the exclusive Australian distributor of Diamond Billiard Tables — the official table of professional pool circuits worldwide and the standard for tournament play. Our team handles delivery, installation and ongoing service of Diamond tables for venues, pool rooms and serious home setups across Australia.

The brands we carry

CueWorld is an authorised dealer of the world's leading pool brands:

  • Predator Cues — pool cues, shafts and cases (sole authorised Australian dealer)
  • Diamond Billiard Tables — professional-grade tournament tables (exclusive Australian distributor)
  • Kamui Tips & Chalk — premium Japanese cue tips and chalk
  • Tiger Products — laminated tips, chalk and cue-care tools
  • Zan Tips — high-performance laminated tips
  • Master Chalk — classic cue chalk
  • Koda Sports — cues and accessories
  • Bull Carbon Cues — carbon-fibre shaft technology
  • Valhalla Cues — entry and intermediate-level cues
  • CPBA Competition Cloth — tournament-grade pool table cloth
  • Perimeter Billiard Lights — premium overhead pool table lighting for venues and home setups
  • Aramith Billiard Balls — the world standard in billiard balls
  • Dynaspheres — premium phenolic ball sets

If you've been searching US-based websites for pool tables, cues, cases, balls, cloth, chalk, tips, shaft-care kits or tip tools — it's all here, in Australia, with local warranty, local support, and Australian-dollar pricing.

Verify our authorised dealer status

Our authorised dealer relationships are confirmed by the manufacturers themselves. You can verify CueWorld's status on each brand's official website:

  • Predator Cues — official dealer locator (https://www.predatorcues.com/dealer-locator/)
  • Diamond Billiard Tables — official dealer / distributor page (https://www.diamondbilliards.com/dealers)
  • Kamui Tips & Chalk — official dealer list (https://www.kamui-brand.com/dealers/)
  • Tiger Products — authorised retailer list (https://tigerproducts.com/dealers/)
  • Perimeter Billiard Lights — manufacturer website (https://perimeterbilliardlights.com/)
  • Aramith Billiard Balls — retailer locator (https://www.aramith.com/where-to-buy/)

Why pool players choose CueWorld

  • Authorised channels only. Every brand we stock is supplied through official manufacturer agreements. You get genuine product, full warranty, and after-sales support.
  • Expert advice. Our team plays the game. We can help you match a cue to your stroke, choose the right tip hardness, spec a tournament table, or troubleshoot a finicky shaft.
  • Australia-wide delivery. We dispatch from Sydney and ship across every Australian state and territory.
  • Tournament-ready service. We supply and service tables, cues and accessories for competitive pool venues, leagues and events around Australia.
  • Locally owned and operated. CueWorld is a Sydney-based Australian business — not a drop-shipper or overseas reseller.

Partners in the Australian pool community

CueWorld works closely with leading Australian pool venues and competitions to keep our retail catalogue aligned with how the game is played at the top level. Our collaborations include:

  • Club9 — Sydney's premium billiards venue in North Strathfield.
  • Diamond League Sydney — Australia's premier competitive pool league, played on Diamond tables.

That means the equipment we sell is the same equipment used in professional competition. We test it, our partners' players use it under tournament conditions, and we know what works.

Customer service from start to finish

We back every order with responsive customer service, transparent pricing, fast dispatch and clear after-sales support. If something isn't right, we fix it — and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are always preserved.

Have a question, want a product recommendation, or need a quote for a Diamond table install? Email us at enquiries@cueworld.com.au or call our showroom team. We're here to help you play better.

Privacy Policy

CueWorld Pty Ltd (ACN 675 794 724 / ABN 27 675 794 724) ("CueWorld", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to handling your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme (Part IIIC of the Privacy Act), and the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

This policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose and protect personal information when you use our website at cueworld.com.au or otherwise interact with us. By using our website or providing us with personal information, you agree to the handling of your personal information in accordance with this policy.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by posting on this page and, where practicable, by email to registered customers. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when this policy was last revised.

1. What information we collect

We may collect the following kinds of personal information:

  • Identity and contact information — name, job title (where relevant), email address, postal/delivery address, phone number.
  • Account information — username, password (stored as a salted hash), purchase history, preferences and saved items.
  • Transaction information — billing address, order details, and payment confirmation (we do NOT store your full credit card number — see section 5).
  • Demographic information — postcode, age range (where supplied), interests and preferences relevant to product recommendations.
  • Survey, feedback and marketing information — responses to surveys, customer feedback, and marketing preferences.
  • Technical information — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, referring site, and timestamps (collected via cookies and analytics tools, see section 6).

We collect this information directly from you when you create an account, place an order, contact us, subscribe to marketing, or participate in a survey. Where information is collected from third parties (for example, fraud-check services or social log-in providers), we will tell you at the time of collection.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Why we collect it and what we do with it

We collect and use personal information for the following primary purposes:

  • to set up and manage your customer account;
  • to process orders, payments, refunds and returns;
  • to deliver goods to you and communicate about your orders;
  • to provide customer support and respond to your enquiries;
  • to improve our products, services and website (including by reviewing aggregated analytics);
  • to comply with our legal obligations (including tax, accounting and consumer protection law);
  • to detect, investigate and prevent fraud or other unlawful activity;
  • with your consent, to send you marketing about our own products, special offers and events;
  • with your consent, to invite you to participate in market research; and
  • where you have specifically opted in, to share offers from carefully selected third parties.

We rely on your consent for direct marketing under the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by emailing us at enquiries@cueworld.com.au.

3. Disclosure and overseas transfers

We may disclose your personal information to:

  • Service providers acting on our behalf — including our e-commerce platform provider (Neto by Maropost), payment processor (Stripe), shipping carriers (Australia Post and others), email and marketing platforms, and IT support providers;
  • Government bodies or regulators where required or authorised by law (for example, in response to a lawful request from the police, the ACCC or the OAIC); and
  • Professional advisers such as our lawyers, accountants and auditors, under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

Some of these service providers may store or process information in countries other than Australia, including the United States (Stripe). Our e-commerce platform Neto by Maropost is operated by Maropost Inc., a Canadian-headquartered company with Australian operations; data processed via our store may be handled across Maropost's regional infrastructure. Where personal information is sent overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles it in accordance with the APPs.

You can read more about how our key processors handle your data here: Stripe — https://stripe.com/privacy ; Maropost — https://www.maropost.com/privacy-policy/.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Automated decision-making

We do not use solely automated decision-making to make decisions about you that have a legal or similarly significant effect. Where we use automated tools (for example, fraud-check filtering at checkout), a human reviews the outcome before any action is taken that materially affects your order.

5. Payment information

We use Stripe to process payments. Card details are entered into Stripe's secure payment fields and transmitted directly to Stripe — they do not pass through or get stored on our servers. Stripe collects identifying information about the devices that connect to its services and uses that information to operate and improve its services, including for fraud detection. You can read Stripe's privacy policy at https://stripe.com/privacy.

We retain transaction records (without full card numbers) for the period required by Australian tax and consumer protection law (generally seven years).

6. Cookies and tracking

A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website. We use cookies for:

  • Essential / functional purposes — keeping you logged in, remembering items in your cart, and securing your session. These cookies are necessary for the website to function.
  • Analytics — understanding how visitors use the site (e.g., Google Analytics) so we can improve content and performance. We use IP-masking where available.
  • Marketing — measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and, where you have consented, showing you relevant offers.

You can accept, refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. Refusing some cookies may prevent parts of the site from working as intended.

7. Links to other websites

Our website may contain links to other websites. Once you leave our site, this policy no longer applies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party websites. We encourage you to review the privacy statement on any other site you visit.

8. Security and data retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. Our security measures are summarised in our separate Security Policy.

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or for as long as required by law (whichever is longer). When information is no longer required, we destroy or de-identify it.

9. Notifiable Data Breaches

We comply with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under Part IIIC of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If we experience an eligible data breach that is likely to result in serious harm to you, we will notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as soon as practicable.

10. Accessing and correcting your information

Under APPs 12 and 13, you have the right to:

  • request access to the personal information we hold about you; and
  • request that we correct any information that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading.

To make a request, email us at enquiries@cueworld.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time (usually within 30 days). There is no charge to access your information, though in some circumstances a reasonable cost-recovery fee may apply for very large requests.

11. Controlling marketing

You can opt out of direct marketing at any time by:

  • clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email;
  • updating your communication preferences in your account; or
  • emailing enquiries@cueworld.com.au.

We will action opt-outs as quickly as practicable. Opting out of marketing does not stop us from sending you transactional messages (e.g., order confirmations).

12. Complaints

If you believe we have breached the APPs or mishandled your personal information, please email enquiries@cueworld.com.au with details. We will respond within 5 business days and aim to resolve any complaint within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC):

  • Phone: 1300 363 992
  • Website: https://www.oaic.gov.au
